About A4R Global

A4R Global, LLC is an Arizona limited liability company and an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. We deliver protective services, security operations, and specialized training programs to federal agencies, prime contractors, and companies operating in high-risk regions.

A4R serves as prime and integrator. For each requirement we assemble a team with the specific credentials the contract calls for, drawn from our own bench and from a network of government-certified instructor partners, and we manage that team to standard.

Leadership

• Protective operations. Close protection and protective security details for senior principals, including diplomatic and executive movements in high-threat environments.
• Permissive to non-permissive environments. Sustained operations across permissive, semi-permissive, and non-permissive environments, including locations where security, medical coverage, and logistics cannot be sourced locally.
• Counterintelligence and threat awareness. Force protection, surveillance and countersurveillance, and threat assessment supporting sensitive operations.
• Precision marksmanship and instruction. Curriculum development, instructor oversight, and program delivery at the schoolhouse level.
• Tactical medicine. Field medical capability integrated into protective and expeditionary teams rather than bolted on.
• Team leadership. Direct leadership of teams accountable for readiness, discipline, and execution under time pressure and resource constraints.
• Clearances. Active federal security clearances, including Top Secret with SCI access.

Our standard

Clients define mission success differently. A movement completed without incident. A site secured. A program delivered to standard. Personnel home. Whatever that definition is, we plan, staff, and manage against it. We are also candid when a requirement falls outside what we should be taking on.

The bench

Vetted contractors, CONUS-distributed and surge-deployable to OCONUS operations. The majority hold Secret clearances, with a TS/SCI subset available. Counterintelligence and sniper-instructor experience sits across the bench.

We do not publicly market client engagements and do not disclose work performed. Contracting is direct, overhead is lean, and teaming agreements and personnel onboarding move without a layered approval chain.
